For operators

What we charge, and why it is not a commission

EditorialJonathan (CampNearMe)

If you process bookings through PAI'D, we take no commission, no listing fee and no booking fee. The platform is funded by the payment rail rather than by a share of your revenue.

If you process somewhere else, a flat platform fee applies instead. That is a fee for the software, not a percentage of your season — it does not go up because you had a good July.

We are explicit about the second half because the usual objection to marketplaces is not the money, it is what comes with it: a platform taking a cut and then standing between an operator and their own customer. So two commitments sit alongside the pricing.

Your search position does not depend on what you pay us. There is no ranking boost, no badge and no featured slot for sale, and nothing a guest sees changes based on your billing. We enforce that in code rather than promising it, because the failure mode is not a decision anyone announces — it is a sensible-looking sort added months later that happens to correlate with revenue.

And your guests are yours. We pass each guest's name, email and phone to you in full. We do not mask them behind a relay and we do not market to your guests on our own behalf.

  • No commission on bookings paid through PAI'D.
  • Processing elsewhere costs a flat software fee, not a share of bookings.
  • You are the merchant of record. We never hold your money.
