Platform notes

What is not built yet

EditorialpinnedJonathan (CampNearMe)

It is easier to trust a platform that tells you what it cannot do. This list is maintained as things change, and things on it get removed when they are genuinely finished rather than nearly finished.

Payments are not live. Checkout is a test flow that moves no money, and nothing booked here is a real reservation yet.

There are no confirmation emails. A booking made today leaves the guest with nothing in their inbox, which is one of the reasons we are not open to the public.

Reviews do not exist and are not planned for launch. Places with a decade of camper reviews already do that well, and an empty review section on a new site is worse than none.

Photo galleries, maps and per-site imagery are not built. Listings currently carry specifications rather than pictures, which is the wrong way round for a hospitality site and is being worked on.

This community does not accept posts yet. Everything here is editorial, as the first thread says.

  • No live payments, no confirmation emails, no reviews, no photo galleries, no posting.
  • The list shrinks as things ship. If it stops shrinking, ask us why.

Replies are not open yet. There is no comment box here because there is nowhere for a comment to go — no accounts, no moderation, and no email to notify anyone. When that changes this thread stays as it is, marked Editorial, rather than being re-attributed to someone who never wrote it.
